Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist, Africa

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across the company. This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing innovative strategies aimed at user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns across the company, from initial concept and design to execution and post-campaign analysis.

Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and produce engaging marketing content for various channels, including email, push notifications, web content, social media, and more, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.

Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design and implement creative marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and driving revenue, continually optimizing for performance based on data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.

Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, recommend improvements, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Adaptability & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to evolving business needs and challenges, ensuring the marketing strategy remains innovative and competitive in a fast-moving industry.

Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned, supporting broader company marketing initiatives and contributing to company growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

At least 3 year of experience working in a Crypto Exchange or related setup (ie, Decentralise Exchanges/ Crypto Applications)

Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field

Strong content creation skills with experience in email, web, social media, and other digital platforms.

Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.

Excellent project management skills and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
