KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day-to-day operations and broad human resource functions across the complete employee life cycle.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making.
Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements.
Requirements
- ·Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
- ·Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- ·Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
