We're looking for a driven, bilingual Sales Representative based in Ecuador to support our Business Development Specialist with lead outreach, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership and can keep things moving without being micromanaged.
What You'll Do
Reach out to leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn in both English and Spanish, and follow up with people who've gone quiet
Respond to chats on our website in English and Spanish
Build simple sales decks in PowerPoint
Track basic sales numbers
Create documents in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Help polish emails and messages in both languages
What You Need
Fluent in English and Spanish , both spoken and written (you'll switch between the two daily with leads and teammates)
