Key Responsibilities

Brand World-Building: Conceive, sketch, and render high-fidelity characters, environments, and custom typography that anchor our brand’s digital presence.

Web Asset Production: Ship sharp, high-octane graphic illustrations, landing page hero graphics, UI icon sets, and social media art assets at high velocity.

Vector Execution: Translate complex visual illustrations into clean, perfectly scalable vector formats and layered design assets ready for immediate web implementation.

Aesthetic Mastery: Seamlessly implement and expand our signature design language, maintaining flawless scaling, balance, and color harmony across all digital touchpoints.

Rapid Prototyping: Collaborate daily with our Product and Design teams, taking abstract concepts, wireframes, and mood boards and breathing immediate visual life into them.

Asset Governance: Maintain a flawless, perfectly cataloged library of all master files, ensuring our global engineering and marketing teams can deploy your work instantly.

The Requirements

The "Visual Craft": A breathtaking digital art portfolio displaying master-level composition, vector execution, clean line work, and a distinct digital-native point of view.

Technical Agility: Advanced proficiency with industry-standard digital tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent vector/raster software software).

Web-Ready Logic: A deep understanding of designing for digital layouts, resolution optimization, file sizing, and how illustration scales across responsive web environments.

Hyper-Availability: This isn't a slow studio setup. When major launches hit or product features pivot, you must be responsive and ready to iterate on specific creative tweaks in real time.

Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can crush tight project deadlines and manage hundreds of working layers and file versions without losing a single detail.

Operational Details

Location: Fully Remote.

Schedule: Flexible / On-call (Requires high responsiveness for rapid asset delivery).

Compensation: Hourly Rate or Retainer (Based entirely on portfolio elite-level).
