We need an Operational Commander to step into the cockpit of our Venture Studio. Your job is to oversee our entire incubation engine, lead cross-company execution, and manage capital allocation with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for a battle-tested leader who views company building as an elite science and thrives at the absolute forefront of the Web3 economy.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations: Own the overarching operational blueprint of the Venture Studio, ensuring our internal processes, workflows, and communication loops run with elite efficiency.

Venture Oversight: Supervise active incubator projects from raw ideation to independent launch, keeping portfolio founders metrics-driven and aligned with global standards.

Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and align a decentralized team of shared specialists, including legal, compliance, design, marketing, and engineering resources.

Capital Allocation: Manage the studio budget and deployment pipelines with cold, calculated efficiency, determining exactly where to double down and where to conserve resources.

Strategic Planning: Architect the long-term vision and macro-strategy of the studio, identifying emerging market sectors and structural shifts before they break mainstream.

Cross-Company Execution: Serve as the ultimate connective tissue across our portfolio companies, ensuring technical roadmaps, marketing launches, and operational handovers are flawlessly synchronized.

The Requirements

The "General": Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a venture studio, accelerator, high-growth startup ecosystem, or tech enterprise. You know how to manage multiple complex organizational structures simultaneously.

Analytical Rigor: You make structural and financial decisions based on hard data, resource throughput, and clear risk assessment, never on "gut feeling" or sentiment.

Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. You lead the engine that builds companies 24/7. You must be available 7 days a week to handle macro shifts, support portfolio founders, and lock down emerging opportunities.

Web3 Literacy: You possess a deep, native understanding of the Web3 landscape—including decentralized logistics, digital asset treasury management, and on-chain ecosystem dynamics.

Remote Excellence: Exceptional organizational capability; you can effortlessly navigate a massive portfolio matrix from your laptop without losing track of a single metric or timeline.

Operational Details

Location: Fully Remote.

Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to manage a global 24/7 operation and coordinate across multiple time zones).
