Role Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our UK clinical teams. This is a delivery-focused role: you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and close, across a range of clinical and medical roles.

Our clinical teams are at the heart of the Neko experience. They deliver the care that helps our members start their preventative health journey, so every hire directly shapes the quality of that care. We are moving quickly, and this hiring is about precision and pace. You will work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to hire outstanding professionals who want to work in a tech-enabled, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll do in the first 6-12 Months

End-to-end recruitment for UK clinical and medical roles (e.g. doctors, advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, healthcare assistants, biomedical scientists, echocardiographers, clinical operations), managing a full requisition load against agreed hiring plans.

Source proactively across job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks and events, and adjust channels based on response and conversion data.

Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer, with clear communication and fast turnaround at every stage.

Keep Ashby accurate and current, so pipeline reporting and Workday alignment can be trusted without manual cleanup.

Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally hiring healthcare professionals in the UK or in other regulated, high-volume environments such as luxury retail, hospitality or similar service-led settings where standards and pace both matter.

Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent.

Self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.

Comfortable using AI tools to speed up sourcing, outreach and admin, and to sharpen your own judgment.
