Your day-to-day responsibilities
Deliver impact hires - Manage ~8-10 roles across GTM and Product, achieving quality & efficiency metrics.
Source and engage niche talent - Build data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill GTM and Product roles, adapting tactics dynamically to market shifts.
Work AI-native - Use AI tools across sourcing, screening, market mapping, and scheduling to move faster and make sharper calls, and keep Ashby (our ATS) as the single source of truth for pipeline and process.
Partner with hiring teams - Act as a trusted partner and process owner, guiding GTM and Product leaders through structured, fair, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
Drive process excellence - Uphold rigor and consistency in Ashby workflows, ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.
Enhance TA capability - Share best practices, insights, and market data to help strengthen recruiting acumen across the broader team.
