Your day-to-day responsibilities
Deliver impact hires: Manage ~8–10 concurrent roles, achieving quality & efficiency metrics
Source and engage niche talent: Build data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and other areas .
Partner with hiring teams: Act as a trusted consultant and process owner, guiding managers through structured, fair, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
Drive process excellence: Uphold rigor and consistency in ATS workflows, ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.
Enhance TA capability: Share best practices, insights, and market data to help strengthen recruiting acumen across the broader team.
