About the Role
We’re looking for a leader to own our legal operations function and continue building it for our next phase of growth. Working with a dedicated automations engineering team, you will own the systems that ensure the Legal Team scales with the company: contract management, vendor relationships (including outside counsel billing and guidelines) and the overall legal tech stack. The goal is simple: help define what a legal organization looks like in the AI native era.
In this role, you will:
Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal. Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating.
Requirements
- ·7+ years of experience in legal operations with some experience leading the function
- ·Deep expertise in legal technology, including CLM platforms (Ironclad a major plus), e-billing systems, and matter management tools
- ·Experience supporting global teams
- ·Strong analytical skills with experience gathering metrics to storytell and drive key business decisions
- ·Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
