Community Lead & TA Advisor - AMER

Hi, I’m Kat , :) I lead Partnerships at Ashby, which includes global community activation. We’re hiring an experienced TA Advisor & Community Lead in AMER to help expand one of our most successful GTM experiments: a high-touch, customer-led approach to growth. This role builds on the incredible work our EMEA team has piloted—combining thoughtfully curated events, product education, and early-stage community activation—to create meaningful impact across the funnel.

You’ll evolve and then optimize this model in target markets, taking ownership of AMER’s community-led growth efforts. This means everything from running customer breakfasts and curated experiences, to leading tactical enablement sessions and product demos. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of education, advocacy, and hospitality, and who’s excited to help Ashby scale sustainably through trust and excellence.
