We create insights to help our colleagues focus on what is most impactful.
We build features and tools powered by data that directly help our members.
Examples include:
going deep into health consumption patterns,
understanding our product usage,
creating visibility to help our sales team perform,
automating how we reimburse our members,
building products that help our members stay healthy...
We also believe in having a full stack approach:
Each one of us contributes to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) . This encourages strong ownership and drives impact.
We own our infrastructure . We pride ourselves on a nimble data stack that gives us the flexibility we need. We're mainly using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.
We build in-house tooling to organize our data and serve it to the rest of the company.
