Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of an international third-party logistics (3PL) network while driving strategic warehousing and inventory initiatives.
This position combines operational warehouse management with commercial analysis, requiring the successful candidate to evaluate logistics solutions, identify cost-saving opportunities, optimise inventory performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and Power BI skills and demonstrate practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT , Claude , or similar platforms to automate reporting, improve operational efficiencies, and streamline analytical processes.

3PL & Warehouse Management
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
Analyse, cost, and implement new 3PL partnerships in existing and new international markets.
Oversee warehouse inventory management, ensuring efficient storage layouts and picking processes.
Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
Ensure inventory systems are updated in real time.
