About the role
TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’ un(e) Chargé(e) de projet – Recherche en patrimoine afin de coordonner et planifier des mandats de recherche liés au patrimoine culturel, architectural, technologique et historique.
La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion des mandats de recherche, la coordination des équipes et la production des livrables d’analyse et de documentation patrimoniale.
Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
Coordonner et planifier des mandats de recherche en patrimoine
Superviser les activités de recherche et d’analyse historique
Participer à la rédaction de rapports d’étude et de recommandations
Encadrer la production des livrables et assurer leur qualité
Planifier les activités terrain et les besoins logistiques
Participer aux rencontres de démarrage et de suivi
Assurer le respect des échéanciers et des objectifs du mandat
Requirements
Détenir un diplôme universitaire de deuxième cycle dans un domaine pertinent (architecture, urbanisme, histoire, géographie, anthropologie, archéologie ou domaine connexe)
Posséder un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en coordination et planification de mandats de recherche en patrimoine
Démontrer une excellente capacité de rédaction et d’analyse
Avoir de fortes aptitudes en gestion de projet
Être autonome, organisé(e) et débrouillard(e)
Posséder une excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit
Être capable de gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément
Atouts
Expérience avec des organisations publiques ou parapubliques
Expérience terrain en patrimoine bâti ou technologique
Expérience en coordination multidisciplinaire
