About the role
TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’ un(e) Expert(e) en documentation et analyse du patrimoine afin de réaliser des inventaires, analyses et évaluations patrimoniales d’installations, bâtiments et équipements.
Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
Réaliser des inventaires patrimoniaux
Effectuer des relevés photographiques et documentaires
Évaluer la valeur patrimoniale des composantes analysées
Produire des analyses et recommandations
Participer à la rédaction des rapports patrimoniaux
Intégrer les données dans les outils fournis
Participer aux visites terrain
Requirements
Détenir un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent
Posséder un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en patrimoine bâti et/ou technologique
Démontrer une excellente capacité d’analyse
Être rigoureux(se) et autonome
Posséder une excellente capacité rédactionnelle
Maîtriser le français oral et écrit
Atouts
