What you will do:

Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox to ensure all requests are logged efficiently;

Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely, helpful solutions;

Review and validate order details to ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping;

Flag any missing, unclear, or problematic information across processed orders to maintain operational quality;

Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report.

What you need to succeed in this role:

Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written) ;

Experience handling end-to-end order processing, reports, order entry, and fulfillment tracking;

Strong ability to maintain accurate data with high attention to detail;

Strong sense of accountability and time management to compile and deliver weekly reports strictly on deadline;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to work independently;

Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Will be a great plus:

Familiarity or past experience with Odoo.
