What you will do:

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting;

Leverage strong negotiation skills to structure win-win deals;

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution;

Manage agreement discussions smoothly;

Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;

Communicate with cross-functional specialists.

What you need to succeed in this role:

Excellent English and Spanish language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);

Minimum 1 year of sales experience , preferably in digital marketing, media, or influencer marketing ;

Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets;

Previous experience working with influencers on social media ;

Proactive, target-driven, and highly energetic self-starter;

Strong negotiation and communication skills , with the ability to build relationships and close deals efficiently;

Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
