About the role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our partner company, a healthcare technology platform used by clinics to manage scheduling, clinical records, invoicing, and more. In this role, you will ship features end to end, own production health, and build AI-powered capabilities that help clinic staff work smarter. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, secure, and performant code, enjoys working directly with stakeholders, and is eager to raise the engineering bar for the whole team.
Excited? Let’s see what it takes 💛
What you will do:
Ship features end to end in Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript, covering scheduling, clinical records, invoicing, and reports;
Maintain the Playwright end-to-end test suite for both API and UI, keeping it green with the help of AI agents;
Build AI features, including an MCP server that gives AI agents per-user access to the platform and a staff assistant on AWS Bedrock with EU data residency;
Plan and ship releases, including scoping, QA sign-off, migration and deploy order, feature flags, and rollback;
Own production health across ECS services, RDS, Celery workers, and the real-time server, leading the fix and the post-mortem when something breaks;
Build and maintain the integrations clinics depend on: UAE health exchanges, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp, email, imaging and 3D scans, and country-specific tax and invoicing rules;
Keep each clinic's data isolated and safe through multi-tenant access control, roles and permissions, and audit trails;
Keep the product fast by fixing N+1 queries, tuning slow endpoints and reports, and writing migrations that are safe on live data;
Work directly with stakeholders and clinics to clarify requests, demo completed work, and turn support tickets into root-cause fixes;
Mentor a middle developer and raise the engineering bar through code reviews, Jenkins pipelines, and Terraform.
What you need to succeed in this role:
5+ years of proven experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL;
Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly ECS and RDS;
Confidence working with React;
Practical experience building products with AI/LLMs;
Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira;
Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken;
Ownership mindset with the ability to lead incident resolution, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and mentor others.
Will be a plus:
Experience with healthcare or clinical workflows;
Experience with integrations with government or healthcare systems.
