About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to own financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, compliance, and core accounting operations across complex client accounts.
This is not a bookkeeping or data-entry role .
You’ll take hands-on ownership of:
Month-end close
GAAP financial reporting
Accrual accounting
Payroll
AP & AR
General Ledger and reconciliations
U.S. sales tax
Multi-entity accounting
Financial reporting and analysis
This role is ideal for someone who understands accounting deeply, thrives in structured environments, and takes pride in keeping financial operations accurate, compliant, and organized.
What You’ll Own
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
Own accurate and timely month-end close processes
Prepare and maintain:
P&L statements
Balance sheets
Cash flow reports
Supporting schedules
Requirements
- ·Maintain organized compliance documentation
- ·Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial procedures
- ·Support audits and compliance requests as needed
- ·Financial Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting
- ·Build custom financial reports and dashboards
