About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator to operate at the intersection of AI, marketing, content, outreach, events, and creative execution.
This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely AI-native — someone who naturally starts work inside AI tools, builds workflows instead of repeating tasks manually, experiments with emerging technology, and uses automation to increase both speed and quality.
You’ll work directly with leadership and contribute across:
AI workflows and automation
Social media and content
Podcast production
Cold email and LinkedIn outreach
Lead generation
Websites and landing pages
Email marketing
Presentations and creative assets
Conferences and webinars
Light technical operations
If you live inside AI tools, learn new platforms independently, and enjoy figuring out how to execute without needing step-by-step instructions, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
AI Systems & Workflow Development
Work daily with AI tools such as:
Claude
ChatGPT
Codex
Requirements
- ·Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms .
