We’re hiring an Attorney / Lawyer to provide legal guidance, contract drafting, compliance oversight, and litigation support across business operations.
In this role, you’ll partner with leadership to manage legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decisions .

Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Negotiation
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts:
NDAs
MSAs
Employment agreements
Vendor/supplier contracts
Leases
Ensure contracts are legally sound, enforceable, and aligned with business goals
Legal Research & Advisory
Conduct research using:
Westlaw
LexisNexis
Interpret laws, regulations, and case law
Provide clear, practical legal guidance to business stakeholders
Corporate Governance
Prepare and manage:
Board resolutions
Shareholder agreements
Requirements
- ·JD (Juris Doctor) or equivalent law degree
- ·Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- ·3+ years of experience in legal practice (law firm or in-house)
- ·Strong experience in:
