About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own and grow the entire ecommerce engine for a fast-growing consumer brand.
This is not simply a paid media role. You’ll be responsible for performance across the full ecommerce customer journey — acquisition, conversion, retention, merchandising, and customer experience .
You’ll work hands-on across:
Shopify
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Klaviyo
Ecommerce analytics
Creative performance
Technical SEO
Customer retention
Success will be measured by overall business outcomes including revenue growth, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, retention, ROAS, and CPA — not advertising metrics alone.
A dedicated creative team will produce design assets and content, but you’ll actively influence creative strategy by identifying winning messaging, customer motivations, and performance trends.
