About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, payroll, and core accounting operations across complex client accounts.
This is a hands-on accounting role , not a basic bookkeeping or data-entry position. We’re looking for someone with strong accrual accounting and GAAP expertise who can confidently manage multi-entity, multi-location, and multi-segment accounting environments.
You’ll take ownership of:
Month-end close
GAAP financial reporting
Payroll processing
Accounts payable and receivable
General ledger accuracy
U.S. sales tax compliance
Budgeting and forecasting support
Accounting process improvement
If you’re highly detail-oriented, technically strong in accounting, and comfortable owning complex financial workflows, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
Execute accurate and timely month-end close processes
Prepare financial statements and reports aligned with client requirements
Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready workpapers
Ensure reporting complies with applicable accounting standards
Review financial data for discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
Maintain consistent reporting timelines across multiple accounts and entities
