About the role
NeoWork is hiring Marketing Managers to own marketing delivery for U.S. companies and agency clients. You will turn strategy into executed campaigns across SEO, paid media, and marketing operations, and keep projects, vendors, and stakeholders on track. NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities • Own marketing projects end to end, from plan to launch to reporting • Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp • Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists • Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance • Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations • Flag risks, blockers, and scope changes early
