About the role
NeoWork is seeking an AI Content Production Moderator to join our creative services team. This role will be responsible for creating AI-generated content, performing quality assurance on outputs, and supporting high-volume creative production initiatives for enterprise brand clients.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage AI-generated content across various creative projects and campaigns.
Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Edit and produce video content to support client deliverables and live stream initiatives.
Support large-scale content production efforts for enterprise clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Monitor and moderate AI-generated assets, identifying and resolving content issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize creative workflows and production processes.
Quickly learn and utilize proprietary platforms, tools, and emerging AI technologies.
Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and operational efficiency in all deliverables.
Qualifications
Experience in AI-generated content creation and quality assurance workflows.
Strong video editing and creative production skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for content quality and brand consistency.
Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Previous experience supporting digital content, creative services, or media production teams is highly preferred.
