Job Role: Senior Business Data Analyst
Compensation range: $3,000 AUD - $3,500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: The Senior Business Data Analyst will play a key role in helping to turn data into better commercial, customer and operational decisions across its brands and retail, digital and wholesale channels. This is a hands-on role that combines strong analytical capability with business partnering, working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The role will analyse customer, product, sales, inventory and operational data, identify trends and performance drivers, challenge assumptions, and provide recommendations that directly support business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business analysis and problem definition
Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, decisions and priorities
Build a strong understanding of the business processes behind the data
Requirements definition
Gather requirements for analytics, reporting and data initiatives
Define metrics, business rules, data needs and acceptance criteria
