👀Who we are looking for: As a Marketing (CX) Consultant you need to be an expert in marketing strategy and the MarTech space at Huble Digital. This will include consulting with clients about their business and marketing needs, compiling strategy and technology architecture, configuring technology, and managing change.
You should be driven, take initiative, and always look for new and better ways to do things. You need to be very solution-oriented (with experience in business and marketing), research-driven, and analytical. You should be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and agency-style team environment and can easily adapt to changing market and organisational requirements. You need to be passionate about your work to the point where it inspires others.
🚀 Key performance areas: Marketing Consulting, Goal Setting & Auditing
Work with clients to define what success looks like and associate metrics from their objectives and very complex business requirements
Gaining a fast understanding of client needs, processes, and audiences
Audit existing marketing to identify areas for improvement
Analyse and provide Martech best practice recommendations
Develop innovative solutions/ apply out-of-the-box thinking for complex marketing problems
Ongoing with your clients to consult on their challenges and to develop solutions to their business problems as part of a backlog
Report on the overall performance of marketing against key KPIs and identify solutions to address challenges
Ensure a healthy and productive relationship with the client that they see you as a “value add” to their business
Marketing Strategy / Customer Journey Design
Marketing & Customer Experience strategy including but not limited to messaging & positioning, target audience ICP and person development, journey mapping, and behavioural change design
Briefing creative, SEO, and Paid Media specialists teams on requirements
Briefing junior marketing consultants/ specialists to assist with the launch campaigns and running QA
Marketing strategy can include but is not limited to Inbound Marketing, ABM, Go-To-Market, Always-On, Lead Nurture and Marketing Automation, Event Promotion, Referrals, etc.
Website CRO Strategy
Defining the overarching website objectives, website page/ navigation architecture, strategic page layouts, documenting “Jobs To Be Done” and ensuring the website is optimised for target audiences and follows CRO best practices
Auditing existing website content to see what needs to be kept, updated, removed or if new content needs to be created
Briefing designers and developers and ensuring the outputs are aligned with the business and marketing requirements
Working with SEO specialists to inform SEO requirements
Functional testing before going live
