For this role, we’re hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based Family Law firm that values professional, accurate, and approachable education online.
About the Role You’ll own day-to-day social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, helping the firm grow a trusted presence while staying aligned with a legal brand voice. Write clear, professional, engaging captions and on-brand copy in fluent English
Schedule and manage posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using the right tools
Monitor comments and inbox messages and respond professionally to boost trust and engagement (or route sensitive inquiries appropriately)
Track performance using platform analytics and translate insights into practical improvements (what to repeat, what to stop, what to test next)
Maintain a consistent brand voice that balances warmth and approachability with the professionalism expected of a law firm
Collaborate with the attorney/team to source topics, shape educational content, and manage approvals on time
Keep multiple deadlines moving at once without sacrificing content quality
