Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and organize claim forms, medical reports, and supporting records so case documentation is complete and accessible.
Keep deadlines, hearings, and required filings visible and on track in accordance with California workers' compensation procedures.
Help attorneys prepare cases by gathering documentation, identifying missing records or unresolved issues, and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
Maintain accurate case information in the firm's cloud-based system, including communications, treatment status, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
Coordinate with the administrative support team on filings and back-office work while retaining ownership of client communication and case progression.
