We believe strong operations talent should be able to do meaningful work from anywhere, with clear expectations, structured support, and opportunities to grow alongside the companies they support.
For this role, you will support a B2B import/export and supply chain operation serving customers across international markets, including Latin America.

Receive, review, process, and report on product quality claims and shipment-related discrepancies
Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics while maintaining accurate movement records
Enter customer orders and maintain order information in the company’s Order Management and ERP systems
Prepare recurring and ad hoc logistics, order, claims, and shipment reports for the Operations team
