About the role
We are looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. As a junior analyst, you'll support core reporting, data hygiene, and day-to-day operational maintenance that keeps our revenue engine running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Revenue Operations team and cross-functional partners in Success, Product, and Finance to keep our systems and data accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics
Perform routine data quality checks and clean up records across CRM and related systems
Assist in analyzing customer and product usage data under the guidance of senior team members
Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks (e.g. territory updates, list maintenance, basic troubleshooting)
Help document processes and workflows to support team scalability
Respond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders in a timely manner
Escalate issues or trends to senior analysts and flag opportunities for improvement
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Analytics, or a related field
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data
Eager to learn, with a proactive and coachable attitude
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Interest in growing a career in Revenue Operations or related analytics fields
