We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist who will also act as a Career Consultant , serving as the main point of contact for clients seeking career support.

This role combines recruitment delivery with hands-on career consulting , focusing on helping clients—primarily in the Saudi market- secure job interviews and advance their careers.

Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles

Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.

Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment activities in the ATS or internal system.

Career Consultant Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for career services clients

Conduct introductory meetings to understand client goals, preferences, and job target

Build strong rapport and trust with clients through regular follow-ups and proactive updates

Serve as a strategic guide, providing a personalized job search roadmap
