En Talan buscamos un/a Product Designer / UX-UI Designer con experiencia en investigación de usuarios, diseño de producto y prototipado para participar en un proyecto de dos meses junto a una fundación de referencia en España.
El reto consiste en evolucionar una herramienta de visualización de datos sobre empleo digital hacia una experiencia de orientación profesional más intuitiva, pedagógica y accesible, adaptada a las necesidades de diferentes perfiles de usuarios.
Participarás en todo el proceso de diseño, desde la investigación inicial hasta la validación del prototipo final, trabajando con metodologías como Double Diamond y Design Thinking . El objetivo será entregar una solución validada y lista para pasar a desarrollo, sin que el proyecto incluya programación.
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia como Product Designer o UX/UI Designer , en un nivel Semi Senior o Senior.
Conocimiento sólido de las metodologías Double Diamond y Design Thinking .
Experiencia en UX Research , incluyendo entrevistas, focus groups y pruebas de usabilidad con usuarios reales.
Experiencia diseñando y facilitando workshops de descubrimiento e ideación con stakeholders.
Dominio de entregables de Service Design: journey maps, service blueprints, arquitectura de información y user flows.
Nivel avanzado de Figma : wireframes, diseño de alta fidelidad, prototipos navegables y UI Kits o design systems.
Conocimientos de accesibilidad WCAG y diseño inclusivo.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar con perfiles de negocio y técnicos.
Español nativo o bilingüe.
