What You'll Do (Non-Voice Support Only):
Provide email and chat support (no phone calls!) to platform users
Answer common "how-to" and FAQ-type questions
Assist with account management and payment-related issues
Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
Fixed Term Contract from 6th of November till 23rd of December
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Turkish (C1 level) and English (C1 level) 
Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker
Excellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
A positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
