Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden sowie Unterstützung der Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich Lebensmittelanalytik

Überwachung offener Forderungen, Durchführung des Mahnwesens sowie Klärung von Zahlungs- und Rechnungsdifferenzen

Unterstützung bei Zollabwicklung, Terminabstimmungen und internationalen Kundenanfragen

enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektverantwortlichen, Probenmanagement und internen Schnittstellen

Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben, einschließlich Stammdatenpflege in SAP, Reisekostenabrechnungen und Bestellwesen

erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Hotelkauffrau / Hotelkaufmann, Industriekauffrau / Industriekaufmann, Bürokauffrau / Bürokaufmann o.ä.)

sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen; idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
