About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant (IC4) to join our team in Brazil. This role requires a strong technical background across the ServiceNow platform, with particular depth in Integrations, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), App Engine, portals, and core platform development .
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong consulting and governance skills, and has demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence capabilities and Now Assist implementation .
What you will do
Design and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform , following platform architecture and development best practices.
Lead the technical design and implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Develop and implement solutions leveraging App Engine , workflow automation and RPA capabilities.
Support the design and development of portals and user experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Provide strong expertise in core ServiceNow platform development and configuration .
Design and implement AI-enabled solutions , with particular focus on Now Assist use cases and adoption.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, considering scalability, maintainability and platform standards.
Provide technical governance , ensuring solution quality, architectural consistency and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Work closely with customers, architects, developers and business stakeholders to guide technical decisions and resolve complex implementation challenges.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers maximise the value of their ServiceNow investment.
