About the role
Excellent opportunity for an Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer to join our People and Inclusion function at KPMG.
Flexible working within a creative, dynamic, and growing team!
As an Instructional Designer at KPMG, you will consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and curate learning solutions.  
You will be involved in:
Working with SME’s and learning managers to identify learning needs 
Developing detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to enable the production of  solutions (classroom, elearning, video etc…)
Managing projects end to end ensuring the successful delivery of projects
Partnering with developers and vendors to enable learning solutions to be created
To be successful in this role you will:
Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with SME’s 
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
Have experience designing blended learning programs, elearning courses, videos, animations, and other resources
Ideal candidates for this role will bring with them a Bachelor degree majoring in Instructional Design, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Diploma of Training Design and Development.
