About the role

Digital Marketing Specialist, CRM to support the execution and optimization of our email & SMS marketing program to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention. In this role, you will assist in the daily building and scheduling of all marketing emails, creative brief writing, SMS copywriting, and audience segmentation.

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating best-in-class customer marketing experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Understanding of email marketing and principles.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Clear communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly around content accuracy, and logic validation.

Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization

Own the messaging calendar tied to our biggest moments (special releases, live events, etc)
