Pour renforcer son pôle Développement Fullstack , la Direction des Systèmes d’Information (DSI)  de notre client recherche un Tech Lead Sénior Java / Vue.js (dominante Back) , spécialisé en architecture logicielle et développement d’applications métiers , sous la responsabilité du Responsable Technique.

Missions principales

Piloter la dimension technique du projet " Crazy Time" , une application interne dédiée à la gestion des Comptes Rendus d’Activité (CRA) et leur association aux lignes budgétaires.

Concevoir et développer des applications robustes et scalables en utilisant Java, Spring Boot et Vue.js , avec une dominante Back-end .

Architecturer des solutions microservices et event-driven pour répondre aux enjeux métiers de la finance et du corporate.

Garantir la qualité des développements en appliquant les bonnes pratiques ( Clean Architecture, SOLID, YAGNI ) et en assurant une couverture de tests optimale (Sonar).

Accompagner la montée en compétences des développeurs de l’équipe et collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour aligner les choix techniques sur les besoins business.

Participer à toutes les phases du cycle logiciel, de la conception à la mise en production , en adoptant les méthodes Agile/Scrum .

Optimiser les pratiques DevOps ( CI/CD, Git ) et contribuer à l’ amélioration continue des applications existantes.

Formation / Expérience 

Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en Informatique, Génie Logiciel ou équivalent .

Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en développement Fullstack Java / Vue.js , avec une dominante Back-end et une expérience en Tech Lead .

Compétences techniques 

Java / Spring Boot (conception et développement d’applications robustes).

Vue.js (pour les interfaces front-end, si nécessaire).

Architecture microservices et event-driven .

DevOps (CI/CD, Git) .

Bonnes pratiques de développement (Clean Architecture, SOLID, YAGNI, tests unitaires/integration).

Qualités personnelles 

Leadership technique pour guider et former les développeurs de l’équipe.

Esprit collaboratif et capacité à travailler en équipe Agile .

Rigueur et sens de l’organisation pour respecter les délais et les standards de qualité.
