Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Oversee Social Media Department which includes (but is not limited to): Content Creators, Content Proofreaders, Video Editors, Quality Assurance Specialist, Special Project Interns, Graphic Designers, Visual Content Designers. Outreach Coordinators, and Social Media Schedulers
Rally team to ensure all tasks are completed on time/by their due dates
Provide department updates 
Conduct 1:1 trainings with new team members 
Regularly communicate with team to answer questions/troubleshoot/train
Provide recommendation letters/confirmation of volunteership/LinkedIn recommendations (upon request)
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Set specific objectives
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) working with other agencies
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Collaborate with other teams regularly to ensure brand consistency with posts
Requirements
- ·Here’s what we’re looking for:
- ·Hands on experience in content management
- ·Excellent copywriting skills
- ·Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- ·Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
