What you'll do
Support court reporters before, during, and after remote legal proceedings
Provide real-time operational support and basic technical troubleshooting
Monitor active proceedings and help identify and resolve potential service issues
Review proceeding documentation and assist with incident follow-up
Support reporter onboarding, training, and ongoing operational guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to keep reporting operations running smoothly
What you'll need
✔ AAERT CER or CDR certification ✔ Active notary commission ✔ Remote oath authorization, such as RON, or the ability to obtain required authorization ✔ Relevant court reporting or legal industry experience ✔ Reliable high-speed internet, a private workspace, and appropriate equipment for remote work
