About the role

About MD Integrations

At MD Integrations , we partner with digital health brands to power clinical care at scale. We specialize in men's and women’s health, dermatology, endocrinology, and weight management, offering telehealth solutions that help patients receive expert, personalized care—all from the comfort of their home. Join our team and be part of the movement to make specialty care more accessible and impactful.

MD Integrations is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We are unable to support US visa sponsorship at this time.

We are seeking an execution-oriented and strategic-minded SVP, Commercial and Growth to own and drive the full commercial engine of our B2B telehealth and clinical infrastructure company. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the SVP will be accountable for the entire revenue lifecycle: new business acquisition across all market segments (high velocity SMB and Mid-Market telehealth brands, growth in new enterprise segments and well-funded brands, and self-insured employers), existing customer retention and growth, customer implementation and activation, and revenue operations.

About the Role

This is a perfect opportunity for a commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can work alongside the team to craft and carry out a bold go-to-market vision, transition the company from a highly successful inbound engine to an outbound enterprise motion, and relentlessly drive the operational discipline required to scale integrations and activations. The SVP will be instrumental in positioning us for our next phase of hyperscale, particularly as we expand aggressively into new markets to pioneer telehealth adoption and scale.

This position is fully remote and reports to the President & COO.

Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

Craft and own the enterprise-wide commercial strategy, integrating new sales, retention, and expansion into a unified growth framework.

Oversee and manage our high-velocity, SMB and MM sales team, focused on inbound and targeted outbound sales to direct-to-consumer telehealth brands.

Steer pricing strategy, deal structure, and commercial terms in partnership with the rest of the MD Integrations team to maximize long-term revenue and margin.

Drive annual revenue planning, logo and bookings targets, and pipeline governance; deliver accurate and transparent forecasting to the CEO, President, and Board.

Serve as a key team member for sales and go-to-market initiatives to external stakeholders, such as digital health brands, self-funded employers, benefits brokers/consultants, pharmacies, technology partners, and other digital health partners.

New Sales, Enterprise & Mid Market

Lead and develop the sales organization, transitioning our commercial motion to a highly predictable, outbound enterprise sales machine to complement our strong existing inbound and high velocity sales motion.

Shape the sales model and team structure to support continued hyperscale by building repeatable, scalable processes that enable growth without proportional cost increases.

Drive new market entry through strategic alliances and execution across the ecosystem, including, but not limited to: pharmacy relationships, technology partnerships, broker and consultant relationships; all of these help ensure our clinical infrastructure is top-of-mind with key distribution partners in key addressable markets, such as high-quality DTC telehealth brands, B2B digital health brands, and within the self-insured market.

Oversee sales compensation design and uncapped commission structures to attract, retain, and motivate top sales team talent.

Retention and Growth

Own the customer success function end-to-end, setting the strategic vision and KPIs for retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.

Define, implement, improve, and govern the metrics that matter most: same store sales growth, gross and net retention, platform utilization, and customer health scores, including, but not limited to: NPS, CSAT, and account health and quadrant mapping.

Professionalize the team to proactively identify expansion opportunities, mitigate churn risk, and upsell new clinical modalities and network states to existing clients.

Customer Implementation and Activation

Requirements

  • ·8+ years of commercial leadership experience in B2B digital health, telehealth infrastructure, DTC telehealth, health tech, or a closely adjacent industry. Industry experience is strongly prioritized for this role.
  • ·3 years in a senior executive role with ownership of multiple commercial functions, ideally including sales, customer success, and at least one of: revenue operations or implementation.
  • ·Expertise in any of the following markets: telehealth, self-funded employer market, complex B2B RFPs, big pharmaceutical relationships, and enterprise benefits integration.
  • ·Ability to collaborate seamlessly with technical functions (APIs, EHRs) and clinical functions (corporate practice of medicine, risk, compliance).
  • ·A sharpness and speed in understanding commercial situations. Able to think beyond the commercial function to the broader enterprise impact (e.g., clinical risk vs. revenue gain).

Benefits

  • ·Comprehensive Benefits: Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance with generous subsidy, company-covered life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match for full-time, US-based employees.
  • ·Professional Development Opportunities: We are committed to investing in our employees' professional development and offer a variety of on-the-job training and growth opportunities.
  • ·Flexible Work Arrangements: We are a fully remote team who collaborate both synchronously and asynchronously to achieve the best outcomes.
  • ·Collaborative and Supportive Work Environment: We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas and contribute to the company's success.
