Define and enforce platform governance, security architecture, code review, testing, release management, documentation, and deployment standards.
Monitor platform performance, capacity, health, and Salesforce limits while identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and the user experience.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams to align Salesforce solutions with business and technology objectives.
