This is not a role for someone new to Salesforce. You will be expected to lead by example from day one.
What you will be doing
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering complex Salesforce solutions for our clients.
You will design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automation
Translate business and functional requirements into thoughtful technical designs
Partner closely with solution architects, consultants, and analysts to shape technical direction
Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and understandable by other developers
Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-based patterns
Participate in and lead code reviews focused on quality, performance, and sustainability
Troubleshoot complex issues across environments and releases
Support deployment, release management, and CI/CD practices
Communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- ·Preferred experience

- ·Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management tools
- ·Experience with Data Cloud, complex data architectures, or large data volumes
- ·Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing
