💫 Role

Prismic runs its go-to-market motions, sales, customer success, marketing and partnerships (BDR, AE, CSM, APM, Field Marketing), on HubSpot. We're looking for a hands-on HubSpot Administrator (contract) who knows the tool inside out and can implement what we need: clean data, reliable routing and workflows, accurate reporting, and clear documentation.

You'll work closely with our revenue and marketing teams, who set the rules and priorities, and you'll turn them into a well-built, well-maintained HubSpot that the whole team can trust as the single source of truth.

Days/week: 3 days per week (can be reduce to 2 days per week after 6 month (cleaning phase), depending on events) Location/timezone: Ideally Paris or aligned time zones Are you the one?: 🧠

Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales and Marketing Hub: workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lead routing and rotation, deduplication and reporting.

A strong implementer who can take defined rules and build them correctly, reliably and quickly, with little hand-holding.

Experience building marketing operations in HubSpot: campaigns, forms, landing pages, nurture workflows, enrichment and lead/account scoring.

Experience keeping CRM data clean and well structured in a multi-team environment.

Comfort building and maintaining dashboards that answer specific questions from team leads and managers.

Experience working with HubSpot alongside other GTM tools (enrichment, outreach, data orchestration).

A problem-solving mindset. We move fast and figure things out as we go, so we need someone who can diagnose why something isn't working, propose a fix, and run with it rather than wait for detailed instructions.
