Als Project Management Officer (PMO) (m/w/d) sorgst du für Struktur, Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit in Projekten, Programmen und Portfolios. Du unterstützt durch methodische, organisatorische und qualitätssichernde Aufgaben und stellst sicher, dass Projekte nach einheitlichen Standards, Methoden und Governance‑Vorgaben gesteuert werden.
Deine Aufgaben:
Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung einheitlicher Methoden, Standards und Governance-Strukturen
Begleitung des Projekt‑Setups (z. B. Rollen‑ und Eskalationsmodelle, Templates)
Planung, Monitoring und konsolidiertes Projektcontrolling (Zeit, Ressourcen, Kosten, KPIs)
Erstellung, Pflege und Konsolidierung von Projekt‑, Programm‑ und Portfolioreports
Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Informationen für Management und Stakeholder
Pflege von Risiken, Maßnahmen, Abhängigkeiten und Forecasts
Sicherstellung einheitlicher Dokumentations‑ und Qualitätsstandards über alle Projekte hinweg
Unterstützung bei Kick‑offs, Plannings, Reviews, Steering Committees und Projektabschlüssen
Dein Profil:
Sehr gutes Verständnis für klassisches, agiles und hybrides Projektmanagement sowie Projekt‑Governance
Erfahrung im PMO‑Umfeld, Projektcontrolling, Reporting oder programmübergreifender Steuerung
Sicherer Umgang mit PM‑ und Collaboration‑Tools (z. B. MS365, Jira, Confluence)
Fähigkeit, komplexe Projektinformationen strukturiert, verständlich und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
Hohe Organisations‑ und Strukturierungsstärke sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts‑ und Detailbewusstsein
Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Projektleitungen, Management und Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
