About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at ShopLC. The role will focus on creating visually compelling, brand-aligned designs across print and digital platforms , including marketing campaigns, product branding, packaging, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand communications.
Design leaflets, booklets, catalogues, guidebooks, brochures, flyers, posters, banners , and other print materials.
Develop branding and visual identities for new products from concept to final execution.
Design product packaging, labels, and supporting print materials .
Create digital assets for email campaigns, social media, websites, and online promotions.
Retouch and enhance high-performing visuals using Photoshop for web and social media banners.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints, particularly print materials.
Collaborate with Product and Brand Managers, Copywriters, Marketers, and other cross-functional teams to translate briefs into effective visual concepts.
Manage designs from concept through final, production-ready artwork and coordinate with print vendors when required.
Use AI-enabled creative tools thoughtfully to improve productivity and explore new creative possibilities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
4–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in marketing, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print design, product branding, packaging, brochures, catalogues, flyers, and promotional campaigns .
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
Working knowledge of Figma and AI-enabled creative tools .
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency .
Experience with print-ready artwork and production processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing .
