Hier kommen zwei Welten zusammen: die analytische Tiefe von LOGEX in Kostenstrukturen im Krankenhaus, Portfoliosteuerung und Kostenträgerrechnung, Benchmarking und Portfoliosteuerung und die Nähe von Tiplu zu klinischen Daten und deren Verwendung in Lösungen primär für das Medizincontrolling.

Bei uns verbinden sich Finanz- und Medizindaten zu einem Gesamtbild des Krankenhauses: vom einzelnen Behandlungsfall über die Abteilung bis zur strategischen Entscheidung der Geschäftsführung.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Product Consultant bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, unseren datengetriebenen Lösungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen im Krankenhausumfeld.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Deckungsbeitrags- und Kostenträgerrechnungen

Implementierung von Prozesskostenrechnungs- und Benchmarking-Modellen

Durchführung von Portfolioanalysen, Planungen und Simulationen mithilfe der LOGEX Software-Suite

Konzeption und Umsetzung von Datenarchitekturen für betriebswirtschaftliche Massendaten- und Echtzeitdatenverarbeitung

Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Kennzahlen, Reports und Dashboards für Chefärzt*innen, Klinikmanagement und Geschäftsführungen

Beratung von Krankenhäusern zu Themen wie Prozessoptimierung, Portfoliosteuerung und wirtschaftlichem Ressourceneinsatz

Analyse komplexer Datenbestände sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen

Präsentation von Projektergebnissen und strategischen Handlungsempfehlungen vor Führungskräften, Chefärzt*innen und Entscheidungsgremien

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher und / oder IT-Ausrichtung, (Gesundheits-/Krankenhausökonomie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre)

Fachkenntnisse bzw. erste Berufserfahrung im Krankenhaus / Krankenhauscontrolling wären vorteilhaft, konkrete Kenntnisse der Kostenträgerrechnung / InEK-Kalkulation wären ideal

Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse oder zumindest erste praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Data Warehouse und Business Intelligence

Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Bereich SQL, Tableau oder QlikSense

Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Du hast Freude daran, dich kontinuierlich mit unserer Unterstützung in neue Technologien und fachliche Themen einzuarbeiten

Eine ausgereifte Affinität zur IT ist ein Pluspunkt
