Bei EVOLVE Digital arbeitest du gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Performance- und E-Commerce-Spezialisten an D2C-Projekten unterschiedlichster Brands.
Bei uns erwartet dich ein 20+ köpfiges Team, das auf fachliche Tiefe und eine kollegiale Zusammenarbeit setzt.
Dabei schaffen wir ein Umfeld für Menschen, die gestalten wollen, Verantwortung übernehmen und ihre Stärken gezielt weiterentwickeln möchten.
Deine Aufgaben im Überblick
Du entwickelst eigenverantwortlich die Retention-Strategie unterschiedlicher D2C-E-Commerce-Brands.
Du setzt E-Mail-Flows, Kampagnen und Automations in Klaviyo auf.
Du analysierst Kaufverhalten nach Kohorten und nutzt Sequenzen für die Segmentierung.
Du evaluierst weitere Retention-Kanäle und führst sie ein, wie z. B. WhatsApp, SMS, Loyalty-Programme.
Du baust Strukturen und Prozesse für den Retention-Bereich bei EVOLVE auf.
Du setzt KI-Tools gezielt ein, um Output-Qualität und Effizienz im E-Mail- und Retention-Bereich zu steigern.
Du berätst Kunden zu E-Mail-Performance, Segmentierung und Retention-Maßnahmen.
Das bringst du mit
Mind. 2 Jahre D2C E-Commerce Erfahrung im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing/CRM (idealerweise auch mit Klaviyo).
Du hast eine Affinität zu Zahlen und wertest Daten aus, um Kampagnen und Automations zu optimieren.
Du kannst E-Mail-Texte fachlich bewerten und intern briefen.
Du bringst die Fähigkeit mit, einen Bereich ohne fertige Strukturen aufzubauen.
Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich – mit Kunden genauso wie intern.
Du setzt KI-Tools mit konkreten Workflows aktiv ein, nicht oberflächlich.
