About the role
Estamos em busca de um consultor sênior na implementação e consultorias na solução OSGT (OneSource Global Trade) , para apoiar os clientes no desenho, testes, configuração, otimização e operação de processos de comércio exterior, garantindo aderência às regulamentações e às melhores práticas do sistema.
Principais responsabilidades
Atuar em projetos de implantação e consultoria OSGT .
Realizar levantamento de requisitos e análise de aderência entre processos do cliente e funcionalidades da solução.
Configurar e parametrizar módulos do OSGT, incluindo processos de importação, exportação e câmbio .
Apoiar clientes na utilização de funcionalidades relacionadas ao Portal Único de Comércio Exterior , incluindo DUIMP e LPCO .
Conduzir testes funcionais, testes integrados e apoio em testes de usuário (UAT) .
Elaborar documentação funcional das soluções implementadas.
Apoiar a integração do OSGT com ERP e sistemas legados .
Prestar suporte consultivo aos clientes, garantindo a correta utilização da solução.
Requisitos
Experiência sólida com OSGT (OneSource Global Trade) .
Conhecimento de processos de comércio exterior brasileiro (importação e exportação).
Experiência com Portal Único Siscomex , incluindo DUIMP e LPCO .
Experiência em implantação da aplicação OSGT .
Experiência com projetos de implementação de DUIMP .
Conhecimento em integração de sistemas e análise de dados .
Experiência em atendimento a clientes e condução de workshops funcionais.
Diferenciais
Conhecimento em integrações sistêmicas (API, arquivos ou middleware) .
Experiência com ERP integrados ao OSGT .
Conhecimento em regimes especiais ou operações aduaneiras complexas .
