About the role
Estamos buscando um(a) Consultor(a) de Suporte – OSGT Import para atuar no atendimento a clientes que utilizam o ONESOURCE Global Trade (OSGT) , com foco no módulo de Importação .
Esse profissional será responsável por entender as necessidades e dificuldades apresentadas pelos clientes, investigar problemas funcionais e sistêmicos, orientar os usuários e conduzir os chamados até sua resolução , garantindo qualidade e clareza no atendimento.
Principais responsabilidades
Atendimento e suporte aos clientes
Atender e acompanhar chamados relacionados ao OSGT Import .
Compreender a necessidade apresentada pelo cliente e identificar o real problema ou objetivo da solicitação.
Solicitar e validar as informações necessárias para investigação.
Orientar os usuários quanto à utilização correta do sistema e dos processos de importação.
Acompanhar os chamados desde a abertura até a conclusão, mantendo o cliente informado sobre a evolução.
Investigar erros, comportamentos inesperados e inconsistências no OSGT.
Avaliar parametrizações, configurações e regras relacionadas ao processo de importação.
Reproduzir cenários em ambientes de teste, quando necessário.
Comércio Exterior e OSGT Import
Atuar em processos relacionados à importação , nos fluxos suportados pelo OSGT.
Apoiar clientes em dúvidas relacionadas à utilização do OSGT Import e seus processos.
Acompanhar mudanças e evoluções relacionadas ao DUIMP, Portal Único e processos de importação , conforme aplicável à operação dos clientes.
Conhecimentos técnicos e funcionais
Obrigatórios:
Conhecimento de processos de Comércio Exterior – Importação .
Experiência com ONESOURCE Global Trade (OSGT) – Import.
Conhecimento de DUIMP e Portal Único Siscomex .
Experiência com atendimento ou suporte a sistemas.
Boa capacidade de comunicação com clientes.
Organização para registro e acompanhamento de chamados.
